There are many millions of positions. Only about one million are publicly available. I don't even have the full set yet, as a large collection of them is coming from Russia via a CD. The million you can get are here: ftp://38.168.214.175/pub/Public_CAP_Results/Brainy/BRAINY.ZIP and are about 40 megabytes compressed into a zip file and 170 megs decompressed. The data in the zip file is not the latest and greatest of everything, but is fairly current stuff.
