No he did not lose to time trouble, I'm higher rated than him. So he got nervous. But exchanging knights w. Nd7/f7 leaves black with a bad (note all those pesky black pawns on white squares) bishop and less attacking pieces and the sac creates a massive potential pawn roller that restricts whites pieces, besides getting rid of the bad bishop. Trying Nfe4 gives black some activity. Regards Dan Andersson
