I agree that it is possible to say bad things about everyone but you cannot insult someone if (s)he does not want to be insulted by you. If tina laughs about every bad thing you say about her then you cannot insult her. If someone says bad things about you because (s)he wants to fight against you then one of the methods to stop him(her) is to reply him(her) by agreeing with every word and then (s)he is not going to get the fight that (s)he wants.
