Short comments by operator HJS:
Shredder 4 is a wonderful programm with the best GUI (my opinion!) and play
really a strong and good Chess. Fritz 6a seems to be much better than the older
version or Fritz 5.32. Two times it was the second with a lot of points in the
two tournaments. Tiger 12e win the first tournament and is good for a lot of
further points. In all a strong and impressive newcomer! Hiarcs 7.32 is not yet
an oldie and not far from the top. Nimzo 7.32 disapointed me a little, I except
more. Junior 6a is until now the great negative surprise; it seems to play much
weaker as general except on longer time controlls!? But on faster times Junior
plays much better and is one of the best.
The thirth AMD-Tournament will begin this night and takes estimated two weeks.
