Suppose you have a file called foobar.pgn... then do this:
E:\pgn\SAN\SAN_SRC>sankit
Welcome to the SAN Kit.
Revised: 1994.02.22

: tfge foobar.pgn foobar.out

You will see a bunch of goo that looks like this:
::wK::wR::wR::
 37. Qe3
  ::bR::bQbRbK::
bP  ::  ::bP::
  bP  ::bNwBbP::
::  bP  ::  ::wP
  ::  ::  ::  ::
::  wPwPwQ  ::
wPwP  ::  ::  ::
::wK::wR::wR::

when everything stops moving, you will see a single colon:
:
type exit
