I certainly believe that computers are getting better relative to humans.

But, after much reflection, I now believe that the ratings given on the SSDF
list are inflated vis-a-vis humans. However, given the increasing reluctance of
good human players to take on the machines, I have to say that the computer
ratings are probably not as inflated as some people believe.
