To make it a little more clear: I think the optimal value is -0.10, so in the
engine properties page you have to type "-10", because the value in this page is
in centipawns (which is not obvious I agree).

You go to Extra->Options->Advanced, and in the "contempt factor" box you type
-10.

The wording "contempt factor" is not very good actually. The value you type in
this box is the value for a draw, which is the opposite of the classical
"contempt factor". By typing -10 there, you tell Tiger that taking a draw is not
very good. So if Tiger has the choice, it would better go for a -0.09 position
instead of taking the draw by repetition (or by 50 moves rule).
