Subject: Over-influenced by chess programming?

Hans Berliner is a Ph. D computer science expert and former correspondent world
champ whose interesting book “ The System” seems to me to be possibly
over-dogmatic and over influenced by his computer programming efforts – but I’m
not competent to judge here. Does any chess master/expert have a criticism of
some of its contents or know of a critical review/opinions somewhere I can read?
