I've had others ask me for these directions before, so if you cannot use them, I hope you will forgive me for posting them here in case someone else can. They may be adaptable to just a firewall. I can't find a way to use timestamp/timeseal, but if you can live with that restriction, it's actually pretty easy. The steps are the same for both servers. 1. Install CClient (This may work with others, but this is the only one I could get to work correctly) 2. Setup a server (By clicking on the icon of the phone, and then clicking new) 3. In the new server, enter your handle and password 4. Do *not* enter the server address or port on this screen; rather, enter the address and telnet port of your firewall/proxy server, i.e. 192.168.1.1 in the address box, and 23 in the port box. 5. When you click on the 'ok' button to connect, you should see a telnet screen. Enter the 'chessclub.com:5000' or 'freechess.org:5000' here, and you should connect and log in. Hope this helps some anyway, Chris > >Is there a way to play chess with graphics on ICC or wherever, >behind a firewall? > >Thanks.
