No! - Worse. It is worse. No music in CM7000. No 'Rate My Game' feature. Extra in CM7000 is a couple of more Waitzkin games. I didn't find that worth the difference. The over-all look of the program is OK, with a special kids room among other things, but the design of CM6000 is also splended, and did not necessarily need to be 'improved'. Therefore the Larry T. rating system, gives 2 thumbs up to CM6000 - Music selections, and plenty of good tutorials. (probably to be had for less$$ too). I take 1 thumb away from CM7000 - Not good enough, Not nearly good enough, (Joe), to be called a whole number upgrade:) Larry T.
