I read that the author of tal does not care about the fact that tal is losing on time in game/60 I think that it is fair solution to do everything that sarah wants to do if she does not hide the details because it is her tournament. It is possible to use the name tal+time or talcheatime instead of tal in order to make it clear for everyone. I have also no problem with giving part of the programs more time if these details are clear. I also think that it may be interesting to give the weaker programs more time but in this case you need to use also the time control for the program as part of its name. In this case you can have Fritz6(30 minutes) or doctor3(90 minutes) as players. Uri
