This move seems to be in error, as it's not possible. Is it just a typo, or are
there moves left out, or..? Thanks. :)

As for your last paragraph, the part about moving the Queen from the Queenside
is probably because it's near the end of a deep PV. Usually in such cases, the
first few moves are pretty good, but they degenerate from there. The last few
plies of the PV are often almost nonsense.
I'm now going to post the moves my modified Crafty would play if this were in a
game situation. I'll let it search several (about 13 or so) ply, make the move,
and let the next side search, and make that move, and so on. I'll see where
this gets me:
1. Nxf5 gxf5 2. Qh4 Re4 3. Red2 Rh8 4. Rd4 Kg6 5. Qf2 Qc7 6. Kf3, and I don't
see anything for black to do. Is there a better plan here, or am I missing
something in the end position?
