Tiger's opponent ran on a fast computer, PIII-550 I think. However, it was a
game in 3, so both were on their own, i.e. had to play it by ear so to speak,
being unable to crunch each and every relevant node. This, for want of a better
expression, I called a positional feel. At longer time controls neither of the
two would have played the same. And I would like to make it clear that Crafty
is a terrific engine :-) I was only trying to convey my enthusiasm for the way
Tiger plays chess.
