Let's not get silly.  Let me paraphrase what I said for the sake of clarity. I
said that it _often_ happens that cheaters play with increments and that it just
_may_ turn out that cheaters use increments more frequently than other guys,
because they need time to alt-tab or whatever they do when cheating.  That's
all.

I do agree with you that blitz can degenerate into something that is not exactly
chess when in a time-scramble and I appreciate your wish to play a rational game
in which you try to outplay your opponent.  Use as much increment as you wish.
All we were trying to establish was which mechanisms _can_ be used to cheat on
ICS.
