We can see from the Israeli league that other machines(Rebel,shredder,Fritz) are only something close to 2550 even when the opponents do not prepare(I know that the opponents did not prepare at least in big part of the cases). Deep Junior is probably better but it is not more than 50 elo better against humans and I think that it is not better than prepared 2550 player. Xie(2545 fide rating) has good chances against Deep Junior in a match if she does not play in another tournament and do special preperation. playing against adams who did not do preparation for the match at 1 hour/game is easier.
