I say default with selective search set at max. But since you are not able to change the hash settings with CM7K, then you are limited in the strength of the program. If you want the best settings, use CM6K default, with selective search set at max, and set the hash to 16megs. I am sure that their are CM7K settings which are strong, but the CM6K settings will be stronger. especially at 40/2.
