I can't agree with this. We have had long discussions about how accurate the SSDF ratings are. I think that the final consensus is that the SSDF list is inflated - but the extent of this inflation is not known, because clearly human players have become frightened to play computers in public since the DB v GK '97 match. However, there still exist (apparently) sufficient weaknesses in the computers' style for humans to exploit and beat the computers with.
