At one time, there was an question posed on this message board about what chess program names were 'taken'. There was even a call for all amature/commercial programmers to 'register' there program name - or at least post it to this board. I was reminded of this effort when KD asked about the name Fathom. Does this list exsist? (I know I 'registered' Screamer during the life of the thread.) Is is worth keeping or added to the Resource Center? I personally would like a list of amature/professional programers and email address or home pages much as Komputer Korner used to keep. Lastly, I would like to 'register' the name AD_HOC if it hasn't been used yet for my bitboard based version of my chess program. At present, a work in progress.
