We might also want to have a list of slime-balls who download the whole list and
legally register the program names in it in one or more countries so all the
amateurs and some of the professionals have to change the names of their
programs.

This kind of game is very popular in Australia, and perhaps elsewhere.

I would suggest that all people and companies on the slime-ball list should be
permanently boycotted by ICDChess, and hopefully by as many CCC members as
possible.
