Hello everyone! I received chess tiger today and i am very impressed. i played it against my chessmasters, rebels, hiarcs, m-chess, and fritz 5.32. Generally it did very well beating chessmasters and rebels and drawing mchess a few then various wins and draws against haircs and fritz, and then a few loses. All this is expected. Though what i found strange was when i played, we entered a petroff defense, and after 30 moves,15 of which were book we both new, i offered to liquidate the position into a drawn bishop vs knight ending. What surprised me is that tiger did??. The reason i am shocked is that i never draw chessmaster, hiarcs, rebel, or even mchess. I am rating about 1975 elo. A mere expert. This seems strange to me, can anyone elaborate. The games were played of pentium 333,s 64 megs of ram. All in all i am totally impressed with tiger, but i would like to know how to make him take out the teeth and claws, i realise that one game is only one game,...but the point i am trying to make is if tiger had tried to beat me, it would have easily, i gave me the respect i didnt deserve. Is the contempt factor use to add aggression? Thank you:>
