The entry is
 [Tablebases]
 Path=C:\Fritz\TBs
and should go into c:\windows\chssbase.ini (or C:\winnt\chssbase.ini or wherever
your Windows dir is), not in f5.ini.

The names should be "kbkpnbb.emd" on Windows and "kbkp.nbb.emd" on Unix systems.
Don't remove the .emd since the suffix is telling the engine whether to use the
compressed format.
