It's on our wishlist.
You should be able to paste the moves as variations, you probably have to take
back one move, e.g. the first move in the variation must be a valid move
in the current position.

On the version I am running here I am getting something like this:
Score: 7.04   depth: 7 Qxc8  d3  Be7  f5  Bh4+  Ke2  Ne7  Nf3
Looks self explanetory to me :)

I have checked this, it does complete the analysis but the time control appears
to behave strange. Suggest you use a fixed or average time per move level.
