Hello Cris, only a partial answer, Manfred Rosenboom posted on Rebel Board that

I haven't seen any information on Israel league at this site (nor
anywhere else). Any possibility to put results, games and schedule
here? Only Blass Uri at IcdChess seems to know about the league.
