Most computers in the position will play Qxg7+.
I say most only having looked at three:
Crafty 17-07, Junior 6a, Fritz 5.32.

Myself I prefer Qe1 or Qf3. Aside from the queenside
pawn weakness I am not even sure I would want the open
g file.
