We just received a fax from Jeannine Auge (the daughter of Novag's original owner, Peter Auge). She has announced that Novag is now, for all intents and purposes, Perfect Technology Ltd., and she will be running the business. They still have their same senior engineer Wayne Chow, and they are moving to a more modern production facility for what she calls, "improved product quality". She further indicates that it will be at least "a few weeks" before any product will be available for distribution. Also, they have raised the minimum acceptable order so that it appears that even fewer companies will be able to carry the line. Peter was one of very few people in this industry that was honest, consistent, and a man of his word. If Jeannine has inherited any or all of those traits, then Perfect Technology should do fine (except if the chess software continues to erode their market). Steve (ICD/Your Move)
