For Khalifman to be the World's Champion,  he must PROVE IT.    He needs to
tackle Karpov, Shirov, Topalov, Leko (Leko beat him last match)   not to mention
Kramnik, Anand,  and Kasparov himself.

Therefore, I say the upcoming Kasparov-Anand match will decide the World's
Championship.   Kasparov has earned it.  Khalifman has not.  That's my call and
I stick to it.
