Hi Ed, I wasn’t blaming Uri and I’m sorry, Uri, if sound like that. I just stated that Uri could do a better job by asking the league committee what to do. All the rest was caused by that. As Uri stated he asked few people whether to use Rebel upgrade and was mislead by their replies. The problem was he asked the wrong people. Only the league committee has the authority to approve or disapprove anything regarding the use of computers in the league. I think you can get the rules through the team that uses Rebel, though I’m not sure if there is an English version (are you willing to read Hebrew? :-)) Best regards, Shanti
