I'm not very interested in fighting over the icca - my views are known,
they haven't changed.

True. What do we know ?

1. That Mchess is not playing, is not on any icca list that has been
circulated to participants.

 2. That's it, that's all we know

What do we guess at ?

1. That Mchess applied late ?

 2. That there may be a financial problem with finding $1000, re the
Stamer business last year ?

 3. That maybe Mchess is no 1 on the reserve list ?

 4. That maybe Mchess haad been arguing over the $1000 for some time
before the deadline ?

 5. That the icca have a problem with Peter, re Thorsten's allegations
?

 6. Maybe some more speculation ?

Much speculation. Maybe none of this, maybe more. If Peter Screiner
comes in (see other threads) he can tell us.
