Have you ever spoken to him before?  Do you allready have a solid dependable
program?  Maybe you could interest him in colaborating on developement of your
program as far as tactics and desirable positions goes.  This guy's general
personality and his attitude towards computer programs is going to have allot to
do with what you're going to be able to do with him. (not speaking any from
experience)
