I'm not a complete idiot. And if she refused to play over the phone because her contract said Internet-only, then IMO, she was TRYING to sabotage the match. Really, what's the difference to her? Wasn't somebody making moves on a real board for her? Towards the end of her letter, she talks about people being flexible when things start going wrong, but it seems like she was being blatantly inflexible about even the smallest details. -Tom
