Are you suggesting that Xie Jun did not state the facts correctly in her open letter? I am analyzing what she said. Of course, if you think what she said is untrue, then you might as well call her a liar. It's not a happy picture either way. Basically, my only point of confusion/annoyance is that she refused to allow the match to continue by phone, despite the fact that it would have improved things immesurably (contract or not). Personally, I find it very hard to believe that the DJ programmers are as incompetent as she makes them out to be. I mean, they did write a world champion chess program; e.g., starting a match on time is probably not very hard for them. However, like you suggest, I will not judge the situation before hearing from the DJ team. -Tom
