I think that it is better if steve does not get this information otherwise it is only almost human-computer game because the human know things that humans without the help of computer do not know(for example to be careful and to look more if he missed a tactical line when the evaluation of the computer is different than his evaluation). I also do not understand why the computer calculate second best and third best moves. I know that top programs do not do it because the alpha beta does not give information about the value of the second best move. I think that it is a mistake in correspondence games and that they should calculate evaluation for the second and third best move in the first iterations in order to know better which lines to extend(this is what humans with the help of computer do in correspondence games) but I do not know about one program that does it. I have not nimzo and Fritz6 but I do not think that they are different and I guess they do the same typical mistakes of chess programs. Uri
