You can't easily walk into FICS or ICC and watch an exciting live game with
IM/GM commentary.

At Club Kasparov, on days when they're running live games (admittedly not many
at the moment  :-(  ), you can open the home page, click on a flashing link, and
be presented with a nice chessboard (on which you can scroll through the game)
with taken pieces shown, and commentary on the side.

I cannot see how you can easily do this at FICS or ICC. In any case, the ICC
board doesn't work through our firewall.

ICC might be great for playing chess at home, but it's no good for following a
game on the side at work.
