I don't use Winboard that way.  Too much work involved, and not versital enough,
you should learn to edit winboard.ini

See the "readme" file that comes with Amy for an example of posible contents.
Edit a file with what you want in your .amyrc, save it as a text file, then use
your Dos Prompt to rename it to .amyrc   Windows won't allow you to name a file
that, but Dos will.

This is what I have in winboard.ini for Amy:

\"Amy \" /fd=c:\\Amychess

and

\"Amy \" /sd=c:\\Amychess
