Image-wise, I think ClubK badly needs to get a couple of these events off smoothly. If they haven't already given up on the idea of human vs computer chess(!), perhaps the next one or two human-computer matches could be played against someone who both a GM and is computer-savvy -- even better, if they have some software development experience. That way, when something does go wrong, the GM is more likely to understand what the situation is when it is explained to them by ClubK, and the match is more likely to get finished without adjudication or cancellation.
