You can use the Hiarcs and Nimzo engines without restriction in the Fritz6 GUI.

The best analysis module is you. Go over your game and use blunder check to
check the moves *and* your own analysis.
Forget about the annofritz feature unless you want a good laugh at the time.
Maybe it can be helpful to starting players, but for intermediate and up you
should prefer your own brains.
