Well in this one, I decided to see how the winboard engines did on their own,
but since I didn't want to err go through a round robin, im doing a 16 engine
knockout.  TC is 10 minutes with a 5 second increment.  Note in Franchesca's
case I will make it 30 moves 10 minutes, 20 moves 5 minutes.

Here is the round of 16.  One match is complete.
