In Jakarta, DarkThought ran on a 433MHz Alpha-21164a with 128MB RAM.

DarkThought does quite sophisticated, full leaf-node evaluations as
described in my article "How DarkThought Plays Chess" on our WWW page
at URL = <http://wwwipd.ira.uka.de/Tichy/DarkThought>.

Thence, it certainly belongs to the category of fast leaf-node
evaluators.
