I am also going to buy or put togethar components for my last computer purchase and I will be going a different way. Pentium III for sure but my graphics platform is going to be the AGP chip set. I am looking at the VIA Apollo Pro 133A PC133 SDRAM (VT82C694X.) Bye the way I have not done so yet (but will) look at AGP2x platform chip set where both the leading and trailing edge of the clock are used for data transfers within the chip and hence a 2x speed rate is achieved. You will find on Toms page describing the comparison of intel's i820 implementation. It is almost comical ! P C board vendors were left hanging with last minute major changes to the specification after they were already into production scheduling etc. Wayne
