Why do you suppose that you'll get a better answer here?

There is a crowd that loves Garry Kasparov.  They'll say no.

There is a crowd that hates Garry Kasparov.  They'll say yes.

There is a crowd that loves and hates Garry Kasparov.  They might say either.

In any case, none of us can see inside of his mind, can we?

I suspect you don't like him by my (perhaps imagined) impression of the tone of
your response.  Personally, I think he is the best chess player in all of
history, but something of a lout (though not nearly on the same par as Fischer).
 All in all, it makes an interesting debate, but it maps one-to-one and onto to
the debate "how many angels can dance on the head of a pin" except that there
does exist one being that knows the answer.  Unfortunately, you have said that
you would not believe his answer.  But what if he said, "Yes."
