The sad part is that I was unable to run Amy 0.7 so it was excluded from the
tournament.  in the first round, Each program plays the 21 opponents.

After the 21 rounds, the top 8 scores advance to the Winboard Candidates
tournament.    In case of a tie for 8th, there will be a 60/45min sudden death.
How the Candidates go will be announced soon.
