I think it is just so that program's as Crafty and Rebel did get a litle more
atention for endgames Myself I hated endgames,Even didn't wanted to change of
quens in some positions where I gave away a won game while I easly should have
won by going into the endgame when I started till I found out I was actualy
pretty good at it.
well that someprogram's are better in endgames then other is not always because
of positional knowledge but more of the valeu you give for passed pawns.
