Subject: Quoting

On a normal usenet group, it is sometimes a good idea to quote a lot of
context when you respond to a post, since it is possible that posts can
arrive out of order, and sometimes with tremendous time delay.

In a usenet group, you might want to quote a lot in order to allow
people to understand what you are talking about.

On this server, it is a good thing to quote a little less. If you are
going to respond to one point, just include the one point, don't include
the whole post. If someone wants to see the whole post, they can load
it. It *will* be there for them to see, since we get these posts almost
instantaneously.
