Subject: Has anybody successfully bought Ernst's book?

Several months ago, I ordered Ernst's book via the link he usually provides in
his posts.

Shortly thereafter, I received e-mail confirmation of my order.

Then nothing happened for a few months.

I went back to the web site to see if they still had a record of my order, which
they did not.

So I sent their support people an e-mail asking what happened, and the e-mail
bounced.

I don't believe I was billed for the book, so I'm not extremely pissed off at
this company, but I would eventually like a copy of the book. Any suggestions?
