I ordered a copy at the end of January via the Web, and got a letter back from
Harcourt Brace (Academic Press) saying that it was backordered and not yet
published. I called them up about a month ago, and apparently I still have
one on order... I feel like I'd like to cancel and re-order through Amazon
because I don't really trust Harcourt Brace to come through with it. But I
suspect I'd end up with two copies and a big headache if I try that...
