Here is a quote from a section of the charter:
"By filling out and submitting the sign-up form, you are agreeing to abide by
all of the conditions set forth above, and you are waiving any and all rights of
litigation against those organizations listed above or the moderators of the CCC
message board for any messages that may appear within or for taking any sanction
against any member.

You are further agreeing to abide by the decision of the moderators should a
post of yours be deleted and/or if you should lose your membership privileges
after due consideration of the moderators. You also will be agreeing that the
decision of the moderators is final."

Notice that you have waived the right to carp about disagreements with the
moderators. I don't think you can possibly state the position any more clearly
than 'You also will be agreeing that the decision of the moderators is final.'
and therefore think that a public railing against a moderator decision is also a
violation of the charter.

If I were to have a strong disagreement with a moderator decision, here is what
I would do:
0. Email the moderators, explaining my position and the reasons behind it.
1. Wait for the response of the moderators (no matter how long it takes).
2. Read (carefully) the moderator response. Iff I still disagree, then:
3. Email the moderators (again), explaining my position and the reasons behind
it. Included would be a careful rebuttal of each objection that the moderators
had raised.
4. Wait for the response of the moderators (no matter how long it takes).
5. Read (carefully) the moderator response. Iff I still disagree, then:
go post on r.g.c.c and be done with it.
