I have the book since early February. My first attempts to get the book were in vain, I asked a local bookshop but the book did not have a ISBN number then, so they did not find it. Then I looked into an internet bookshop, no success. But then Stefan Plenkner told me that he bought the book via his local bookshop (they ordered it directly from the publisher) and I asked him to buy another one for me. He did it and at that time via the normal way because now it had a ISDN number. Perhaps you can try to get it thru your local book dealer? So much for e-commerce :-( Roland
