Hi all, I just tried to build and run Crafty 17.10 (also tried 17.9). I use gcc version 2.95.2 and everything compiles fine except for the following warnings: In file included from egtb.cpp:3228: tbdecode.h:79: warning: `cbEGTBCompBytes' initialized and declared `extern' tbdecode.h:794: warning: `int comp_tell_blocks(decode_info *)' defined but not used egtb.cpp:4417: warning: `int TbtProbeTable(int, int, unsigned int)' defined but not used When I try to run Crafty I get the error: Illegal instruction (core dumped) I have also tried to download and run the precompiled crafty-17.5-linux and crafty-17.3-linux with the same error as a result. The machine I am running on is an AMD-K6 with Linux kernel 2.2.5-22. I can run Crafty version 15 with success. Does anyone know of this problem and how I can fix it? Best regards and thanks in advance Flemming
