I think that you are wrong at least for tournaments in Israel and I am not sure if you are right about most of the games in other countries. Most of my tournament games have no delay setting. Most of them are 90 minutes/30 moves+1 hour/rest of the game or 120 minutes/40 moves+1 hour/rest of the game. Today there are no postponed games like in the past and I guess that in 90% of the tournaments there is no fisher time control but only time control that is similiar to most of my tournament games.
