We could have another contest : write a chess program in one (1) line of C and see which program can make legal move longest. :-) I would start with teaching it to push pawns. But someone might try to make his prog. move 1.e3 2.Qf3 3.Qf7# and if I can't get a check-detection in 1 line I'm lost. Georg
